If I see a T-Mod abusing I would message Gandalf, or other Head of In Game Staff is he has left, and gather enough evidence to ensure he would be demoted, I then do whatever I can to limit his damage including trying to kick and get the 5 warn ban in, the same goes for a moderator. If I see an admin abusing I would message Gandalf and other superadmins due to the extent of damage an admin can cause, I would start trying to limit the damage and save face for the server with people joining for the first time. If a Senior admin is abusing I would try to limit their damage as much as I can without them removing my rank, as that would stop me doing anything to help, I would message Gamdalf and other super admins. If a Superadmin is abusing I would go to everyone above them and if I have perms, try to keep them out of the menus by doing map changes. If Tex is abusing, there is nothing that can be done.[/b] [b]What do you do when you see a Mass RDMer on the server (All perms): Spectate, get evidence, perma ban.[/b] [b]Why do you want to be a staff member?: I would like to be staff as I would like to help players and the server, so that we do not have to go running to the Owner for basic things such as keycards. I would also like to reduce waiting times while also ensuring someone like Orion doesn’t end up taking the sut and treating it as a joke.[/b]
